That is partially the truth. You said that you did try all diets and pills and they never worked for you. Same time you said just gym and less calories will cure obesity, I did said same thing until I was about 38.

Any one has a right to express their opinions, and maybe you do not insult obese, same time I was there, just short time ago, and believe it is very hard to understand the frustration on the day to day basis, when you hear just eat less, and workout more.
Most obese people do have some other health issues, they are so sensitive to any comment.
