I was thinking and acting same as you are now,
No Offense.
Just different situation different solution.
What can work temporarily for young person and I mean up to 30-35 will hardly work for 55-60.
All I say I was a victim of what you are being victimized by now.
I think there will be a day when we will agree on that. Until than
enjoy your program, I prefer full milk, cheeses, real butter and meats, fish and poultry, with tons of veggies and fruit and of course small dose of my proffered herbal supplement. I can take a bet, in one year my bmi, my body fat, my weight, my overall health and all my tests will be better than 99.9 percent of those on diets.
I am 50 and I do not need glasses.
I can a lot of things which many man cannot do after that pas 30 and I was 136 just few months ago. Put yourself in my shoes and try to get that by starvation, it probably would destroy most of my organs, and put me in wheel chair , but I would be dieting by recommendation of low crabs, no fat,or whatever you suggest. And in next 1 year I would regain all what I would loose and gain another 30 kg, and than again wheel chair. Simple conclusion, either way with diets I would end up in wheel chair, I prefer something more like Atkins just without his extremes.
